Monday and Tuesday, October 13 & 14 - Pre-trip trip

Part of what made this trip more difficult to prepare for was that I had agreed to speak at a conference in near Boston on Tuesday morning. I flew out the day before, gave my presentation, and left immediately after to catch a flight home. The trip became more difficult when I arrived for my outbound flight and discovered that my drivers license had expired. Fortunately I am a middle-aged white guy, and my name is not Yooseff or Manuel or Jamal and I was not above taking advantage of white privilege. I arrived home about 7:30pm Tuesday and finished packing.
