Fly-tipping...

I promised to let you know if I found the root of term 'fly-tipping'. Garth cleared it up for me.

It is pretty easy, once you understand that 'tipping' is what you do with a dump truck. You tip the dump and the load slides off. And of course 'fly' refers to doing it on the fly.
