Yogurt...

This yogurt can't be beat. Commercially made yogurt is usually pretty mild. This first batch is a little stronger flavour, which I like. I think that is a function of the time that it incubates.

Yogurt is about the easiest thing in the world to make, and my new high tech digital cooking thermometer took the guess work out of the process. I used my rice footwarmer as the heat source, and wrapped it in a knitted afghan for insulation.

Mixed with L's orangey granola, it makes a fantastic breakfast.
