Lawn mower safety...

I was alarmed to learn in the paper this morning of the guy arrested for mowing his lawn wearing only sandals and a dog collar. Doesn't he know that you should "Make sure that sturdy shoes (not sandals or sneakers) are worn while mowing."?

Somehow I was relieved to read that it was a riding mower.
